Discover your patterns.
Explore your possibilities.
The Inner Wolves assessment is a starting point for understanding how you draw on the eight Wolves. The assessment itself is free—you pay for the reports you choose.
Online report purchasing is coming soon. Here’s how the journey will work.
Start with what
you want to explore.
Choose a Standard Profile for an overview of your Inner Wolves, a Communication Style report to explore how you communicate, or Leadership Insights to reflect on how you lead. You can choose more than one report from the same completed assessment.
For teams, the Team Report brings together the team’s responses in one collective report. Individual reports are available separately for team members who want to explore their own patterns.

Your choice.
Once you’ve chosen your reports, you’ll pay for your selection before completing the assessment. You’re paying for the reports that help you make sense of your responses, rather than for taking the assessment itself.
Make room
for reflection.
The assessment explores your reported preferences and habits. Your responses provide the starting point for the reports you’ve selected.
If you’re taking part with a team, you’ll use a separate Team Assessment that includes team-related questions. Those responses can also be used for your individual Standard Profile, Communication Style or Leadership Insights reports.
Personally reviewed.
Delivered by email.
Brian Lawrence reviews every report before it is sent. You’ll then receive your chosen reports by email, ready to explore and reflect on in your own time.
Your profile is a snapshot for reflection, not a fixed identity. All eight Wolves are part of you. The value lies in recognising familiar patterns and considering what else a situation might ask of you.
